Non-Central Staffing Scheme of Ministry of Environment of Forests
(Non-CSS of MoEF)

All posts to be filled up by IFS officers in the autonomous bodies under the control of the Ministry viz. ICFRE, Dehradun; Wild Life Institute of India, Dehradun and Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal; are called as non-CSS posts. Powers have been delegated to the autonomous bodies to make appointment of IFS officers in the above autonomous bodies. Detailed guidelines have been issued in this regard along with standard terms & conditions of deputation.
