Goto http://ifs.nic.in= & Select IFS Civil List

After this, Select= Update Civil List . Select your IFS Officer Code from drop down menu & Enter password. Password is same as your IFS Code. For e.g’ and passw= ord for ifscode ‘AGMU/020= ’ is AGMU/020. After selecting IFS Code & pas= sword, select submit = button = Update the desired Fields and select update option.

&nb= sp; After updating the desired civil list information, Select the logout option to exit from IFS Civil List Updation Opt= ion.

&nb= sp; You can view the your updated IFS Civil list information by selecting the IFS civil List option= from the IFS Civ= il List main page, and then sele= ct&nbs= p; Browse Civil List= (As on date) option .

3. Procedure for Online Updation for IFS officers Executive Record(ER) Sheet:

(A) For Online Updation for IFS officers Executive Record Sheet, <= span style=3D'mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Lucida Calligraphy";mso-far= east-font-family: "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>Goto http://ifs.nic.in & Select Online Updation for Executive Record Sheet<= span style=3D'font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Lucida Calligraphy";mso-fareast-font= -family: "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'> option. After selecting this option, Select your IFS Officer Code(As per the IFS Civil List) from drop down menu & Enter password. Password = is same as your IFS Code. For e.g’ and passw= ord for ifscode ‘AGMU/020= ’ is AGMU/020. After selecting IFS Code & pas= sword, select submit button.&= nbsp; After this option, Change the desired information and press update button .= &n= bsp; After updating the personal information, = select the Posting or Training or Specialization details option.

= (B) For adding new information in the Posting/Training/ Specialization, select the Add New but= ton.&= nbsp; After adding the desired information, Select the= Add Record button , After this, system will display message ‘Record added’.

= (C) For updating the existing information of Posting/Training/ Specializatio= n, Click the radio button<= span style=3D'mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Lucida Calligraphy";mso-far= east-font-family: "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'> of for desired Posting/Training/Specialization details , select the <= /span>Update Record button and update the desired information and then sele= ct update record button. After updating this, system will display message ‘Record Updated’.

(D)&= nbsp; For deleting the existing information of Posting/Training/ Specializatio= n, Click the radio button of Posting/Training/ Specialization and then select delete record button. After this, system will display message ‘Record deleted’.

(E) Cancel button will undo= the desired changes in the Particular Posting/Training/Specialization data entr= y / updation form of ER Sheet.

(F) For chang= ing IFS officer password, Select the 'Change password ' button from the IFS ER Sheet Data Entry/Updation Form.

(G)&= nbsp; select the logout button to exit from IFS ER Sheet Entry/Updation Form.
